Terms & Conditions

Quotation & Estimates

All service quotations by YRRBendigo are estimates only, based solely on the client’s verbal description of the rubbish volume or any photos provided. A more accurate quote will be provided once a visual review is conducted, although cannot be guaranteed until the completion of the job. All charges will be based on the actual volume collected.
Classifications include:

• Light weight
• Medium weight
• Heavy weight

Classification of rubbish is assessed on-site based on our definitions provided above. If the additional rubbish is a mix of both categories, the rate is determined by the types on an average estimate.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required on completion of the job, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed on with YRRBendigo prior to rubbish removal completion.
• All payments are expected to be paid in full no later than 7 days of receiving invoice. Interest charges may occur after the 7 day period, unless prior arrangement have been made.
• Failure to pay invoice after 30 days may result in the employment of debt collectors at the clients expense, unless prior arrangements are made

Hazardous Materials

The client must not include any hazardous materials as part of the rubbish collected. This includes, but is not limited to:

•  Asbestos – strictly prohibited under all circumstances
• Drug paraphernalia
• Human or animal excrement or remains
• Items classified as hazardous under local, state or federal law

If prohibited or hazardous materials are found (whether concealed or inadvertently collected), additional charges will apply to cover:

• Safe and legal disposal
• Vehicle and/or site decontamination
• Any necessary clean up

Access Requirements

• The client must ensure YRRBendigo has appropriate access to the rubbish on the scheduled collection day.
• If access is obstructed, YRRBendigo will notify the client and attempt one follow-up collection. Further attempts incur an additional $100/hour fee.
• Clients are responsible for choosing a suitable location for collection. It must:
  – Suitable road access
  – Appropriate clearance for a truck or trailer to gain access
  – Not obstruct local traffic or pedestrians

Extra charges

• Distance surcharge – should rubbish be required to physically move over 20m or through obstructed and uneven pathways, an additional fee at YRRBendigo discretion may incur.
• Rubbish removed from buildings not on the ground floor may also incur an additional fee at YRRBendigo discretion.

Changes & Notifications

The client will notify YRRBendigo via phone, SMS, or email if any changes to the original booking arise including volume of rubbish, change of day, time or location.
YRRBendigo will endeavour to keep client updated with any changes made to the original booking details.

Credit Card Fees

Credit card payments may incur a surcharge of up to 3%, based on fees charged by our third-party payment processor.

Non-Payment Clause

In the event that payment is not received and no mutually agreed-upon arrangements have been made within a reasonable timeframe, YRRBendigo reserves the right, without prior notice, to return waste of equivalent volume to the original site from which it was collected.

Indemnity & Liability

By engaging our services, the client agrees to indemnify the supplier (including employees and franchisees) against any claims or losses arising from:

• Property damage
• Environmental harm
• Personal injury or death
• Loss of income or business

The supplier is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or death that may occur directly or indirectly during the course of service.In the event that payment for completed works is not received, the Client expressly consents to the Supplier lodging a caveat over the relevant property as security for the outstanding amount.

Limitation of Liability

YRRBendigo’s liability for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct or indirect, is limited to the total value of the services provided. YRRBendigo shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

Privacy Policy Reference

All customer data collected during the service provision will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

YRRBendigo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Any cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.

Acceptance of Terms

• Booking and payment for the service constitute acceptance of these terms.
• Bookings made via phone, email, or website are considered agreement to these terms.
